MEDIDENTAL may process your data to send you information about its services and campaigns.
This data processing will only be carried out with your consent, through a form (subscription link). If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email and SMS. - Profiling
MEDIDENTAL carries out profiling based on information related to your treatments. This information is analyzed to identify your patient profile. This analysis allows MEDIDENTAL to send you personalized and targeted information. MEDIDENTAL also uses statistical information related to profiles to improve its offerings and plan its communication.
- Clinic Video Surveillance
MEDIDENTAL clinics have a duly signposted video surveillance system. The installation of this system is a legal obligation of MEDIDENTAL, in accordance with the Private Security Law (Law No. 34/2013, of May 16, art. 8, no. 2). Video surveillance recordings are kept, in encrypted format, for 30 days from the time of capture, after which they are destroyed (without prejudice to longer retention in case of judicial proceedings).
- Competition Management
MEDIDENTAL may organize contests and giveaways. The processing of personal data is carried out to allow the management of your participation, i.e., the execution of the contract entered into between you and MEDIDENTAL (whose rules are set out in the regulations applicable to each competition).
